- Deans of Faculties: a) Ph.D. in the relevant discipline/ A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is followed by a recognized University. b) published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers. c) 15 years of experience
- Professors: a) Ph.D. in the relevant discipline b) published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers. c) 10 years of experience
- Associate Professors: a) Ph.D. in the relevant discipline b) A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks c) 8 years of experience
- Deputy Librarian: a) Ph.D. in the relevant discipline b) A Master‘s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science, with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade c) 8 years of experience
- Assistant Professors / Assistant Librarian: a) A Master’s degree with 55% marks b) A Master‘s degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree, with at least 55% marks c) National Eligibility Test (NET), State Eligibility Test (SET) and State Level Eligibility Test (SLET)
