Eligibility
- Must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh.
- Marital status should be considered, including married women, widows, divorced, and abandoned women.
- The applicant must have completed 21 years of age as of January 1st in the calendar year of application and be below 60 years of age.
Ineligibility
- Individuals or families with an annual income exceeding 2.5 lakhs are not eligible.
- Any member of the applicant’s family who is an income taxpayer is not eligible.
- Any member of the applicant’s family who is employed in a regular/permanent or retired/pensioned capacity by the Government of India, State Government, or any government department/agency/local body is not eligible.
- Those who receive a monthly amount of Rs 1250 or more under any scheme of the Government of India or the State Government are not eligible.
- Any member of the applicant’s family who is a current or former Member of Parliament/ Legislative Assembly is not eligible.
- Any member of the applicant’s family who is appointed/nominated as the Chairman/ Director/ Member of any Board/ Corporation/ Mandal/ Agency by the Government of India or the State Government is not eligible.
- Any member of the applicant’s family who is an elected representative in local bodies (excluding Panchayat members) is not eligible.
- Families with members collectively owning more than five acres of agricultural land are not eligible.
- Families with members owning registered four-wheeled vehicles (excluding tractors) are not eligible.
