Educational Qualifications

- Dy. Terminal Manager-Passenger: Graduate with 18 years of work experience OR MBA with 15 years of work experience.
- Duty Officer-Passenger: Graduate with 12 years of work experience
- Jr. Officer-Passenger: Graduate with 9 years of work experience OR Graduate + MBA with 6 years of work experienceÂ
- Jr. Officer-Technical: (i) Engineering Degree Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication (ii) LVM
- Customer Service Executive: Graduate
- Ramp Service Executive: (i) Diploma or ITI/NCVT (ii) HMV Driving License
- Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver: (i)10th Pass (ii) HMV Driving License
- Handyman/Handywoman: 10th Pass
