Educational Qualifications & Experience

Contractual Chemist

• 2 (two) Years Master’s degree in Chemistry
• 4 (four) Years Bachelor in Chemical Engineering
• 5 (Five) years post-qualification work experience as Chemist or Soil Engineer in well drilling.

Contractual Drilling Engineer

• 2 (two) years Master’s Degree in Engineering (Any discipline).
• 4 (four) Years Bachelor’s in Engineering (Any discipline).
• 3 (Three) years of post-qualification work experience in Drilling Operations.

Contractual HSE / Fire Safety Officer

• 2 (two) Years Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science.
• 4 (four) Years Bachelor in Fire Engineering / Fire & Safety Engineering / Environmental Engineering.
• 3 (Three) Years of post-qualification work experience in Fire /Safety / Environment /EIA consultancy / HSE Fields. Preferably in an upstream E&P (Oil & Gas) company.

Age limit

Age Limit (years) as on the date of registration for Walk-in-Interview

• Minimum age: 24 years
• Upper age limit: 40 years as of the date of registration for Walk-in-Interview.

Salary For OIL India Recruitment 2023

Contractual Chemist	₹ 1,00,000/-pm
Contractual Drilling Engineer	₹ 80,000/- pm
Contractual HSE / Fire Safety Officer	₹ 70,000/- pm

The Selection Process

• The candidate will be selected based on Walk-in-Interview of total 100 marks.
• The minimum qualifying marks will be 50 for all categories.
• The breakup of 100 marks will be on, Professional Knowledge and skills (in the concerned discipline), Professional Knowledge and skills (in allied discipline), Personal Attributes, and Soft Skills.
• The final selection from among the candidates who have appeared and secured the minimum qualifying marks of 50 in the Walk-in-Interview will be only on the basis of merit as per the marks obtained in the Walk-in-Interview.
